| ABSTRACT: | Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. (RPA) was retained by California Gold Mining Inc. (California Gold) to prepare an independent Technical Report on the Fremont Project (the Project or the Property), located in Mariposa County, California. The purpose of this report is to support the disclosure of the Mineral Resource estimate for the Project that was presented in a press release on November 1, 2016. This Technical Report conforms to NI 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. RPA visited the Property on October 13, 2016. California Gold (previously Upper Canada Gold Corporation) is a Canadian-based gold exploration and development company, focused on developing its flagship Fremont Project located in the Mother Lode Gold Belt in California. The Project consists of a 3,351 acre land package, and was purchased by California Gold in March 2013. Underground mining was carried out intermittently on the Property from the 1850s to 1945. | |
