| ABSTRACT: | Caeneus Minerals Ltd (ASX: CAD) (or “the Company“) is pleased to announce the diamond drilling campaign at the Pardoo Supply Well Project (announcement 21 August 2018) is due to commence on or around Monday 17 September 2018. The Company’s first diamond drill hole in this campaign will target the main flat lying plate modelled at 10,000 to 14,000+ Siemens (ASX Announcement 6 August 2018). Recent RC assays detailed below have confirmed encouraging geological conditions with a change in lithology at the end of hole PRC10B which did not reach the depth of the FLTEM Plate in figure 1 below; Figure 1. Caeneus RC drill hole PRC10B and planned PDDH01 The upper paleochannel encountered in the recent RC drilling will be cased off into competent bedrock at approximately 70 metres, then drilled with HQ then NQ to and beyond the modelled target depth of 175 – 200 metres. | |
