| ABSTRACT: | The purpose of this Technical Report is to support the Carolina Capital Corp. News Release dated June 17, 2016 announcing the acquisition of the Madison Project in southwest Montana. This report was commissioned by Mr. Steve Hanson, the CEO of Carolina Capital Corp. In preparing this report, the author referred to geological reports listed in the References Section, the extensive property data provided to him by Carolina Capital Corp. and Coronado Resources Ltd., the property vendor, and on his years of extensive mineral exploration experience in the western Cordillera. The author visited the Madison property on May 30 and May 31, 2016. The author was accompanied by Mr. Tim Heneberry a director of the issuer. During the property visit The author viewed drill core, examined the accessible underground workings and the overall property. | |
