ABSTRACT:Reference is made to the announcement entitled “Continued success paves way for Mineral Resource upgrade” released to the ASX by Breaker Resources NL (ASX: BRB, Breaker) on 31 July 2018 and to a clarifying announcement of 27 August 2018. At the request of the ASX, Breaker provides an updated version of the announcements of 31 July 2018 and 27 August 2018. The Company wishes to retract the following statements which have implied reference to mining processes given the exploration stage of the Lake Roe Project. These statements include the terms: (i) “aiming to delineate 700-800,000oz of high-grade open pit gold mineralisation over the next 5-9 months and plans to tackle the deeper mining potential in the longer term” on page 2 of each announcement; (ii) the objective to “delineate 700-800,000oz of shallow open pit mineralisation over the next 5-9 months” on page 9 of each announcement; and (iii) any other reference to a shallow 700-800,000oz mining target. Investors should not rely on the retracted statements as the basis for any investment decisions
