ABSTRACT:This report is prepared for Blue River Resources Ltd. of 501 - 525 Seymour St., Vancouver, BC. The purpose of the report is to allow Blue River Resources to update the NI 43-101 reporting on the Castle property and the report’s use in confirming the present status of the Castle Project. On April 17, 2018 the author visited the property with Griffin Jones, President of Blue River Resources and Chris Delorme of Delorme Drilling, who was the diamond driller during the 2011 Blue River drill program. The visit included a discussion of the previous work along with a traverse across the property from the road to the drill collar of the final and the hole with the best copper results. The location of the drill hole collar casing was referenced for location to the previously reported data by using a Garmin handheld GPS. There is very limited outcrop and the author has not seen any outcrop and the drill core was not available for review. The project is located on the NTS 1:50,000 map 092H09 and BC TRIM 1:20,000 topographic map 092H.058. It is centred near the latitude of 49° 33' 57" N and the longitude of 120° 27' 31" W. This is about 12 kilometres north-north-east of the town of Princeton, BC. The project consists of the RATS (#530877) and JURA NORTH (#1047582) mineral claims. The total area of the claims is 586.7 hectares. The claims are 100% owned by Blue River Resources Ltd. A Net Smelter Returns Royalty (NSR) of 2% is retained by the property vendors of the RATS claim. The NSR can be reduced by 1% by the payment of CDN$5,000,000. There is no royalty on the JURA NORTH property but is overlies the area of a now expired claim in the agreement with the 2% royalty on the RATS claim.
