| ABSTRACT: | This amended Technical Report for the “Preliminary Economic Assessment of the Re-scoped Shymanivske Iron Ore Deposit" effective November 21, 2017 has been prepared following detailed due diligence from a potential offtake investor which identified an error in the calculation of in pit mineral resources. The table showing the pit optimization results has been updated, however, the pit shell selected from the pit optimization remains the same and the open pit design has not changed. An additional 25 m lift has been added to the waste rock facility to account for the additional waste rock. The mine plan for the PEA has been updated resulting in 17-year mine life. The mine equipment fleet requirements and manpower have been updated for this amended report as well as the mining cost model and the overall project economics. All other sections of the report remain as originally published. This Technical Report (the “Report” or the “Study”) presents the results of the re-scoped Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) that was undertaken for the development of the Shymanivske Iron Ore Property, which is part of the KrivBass iron ore basin, located in the Dnepropetrovsk region of Ukraine. | |
