ABSTRACT:Mine Development Associates (“MDA”) has prepared this amended Technical Report on the Salave gold project, located in Asturias, Spain, at the request of Black Dragon Gold Corporation (“Black Dragon”), a Canadian company listed on the TSX Venture and Frankfurt exchanges. Black Dragon was formerly known as Astur Gold Corp. (“Astur”), prior to the change in name announced by Astur on October 14, 2016. The Salave project is 100% controlled by Exploraciones Mineras del Cantábrico S.L. (“EMC”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Black Dragon. This report and resource estimation have been prepared in accordance with the disclosure and reporting requirements set forth in the Canadian Securities Administrators’ National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43- 101”), Companion Policy 43-101CP, and Form 43-101F1, as well as with the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum’s “CIM Definition Standards For Mineral Resources and Reserves, Definitions and Guidelines” (“CIM Standards”) of May 10, 2014. The names Astur and Black Dragon are used interchangeably in this report, unless specifically refering to the time period subsequent to October 14, 2016.
