| ABSTRACT: | Big River Gold Limited (“Big River Gold” or the “Company”) formally Crusader Resources Limited (ASX:CAS) is pleased to provide this annual review and summary of the Company’s Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves as at 30 June 2019. The Company’s Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves are reported in accordance with the 2012 JORC Code and estimated or based on documentation prepared by a Competent Person as defined by the 2012 JORC Code. All information compiled in this statement has been previously announced. The Borborema Gold Project is in the Seridó area of the Borborema province in north-eastern Brazil. It is 100% owned by Big River Gold and consists of three mining leases covering a total area of 29 km2 including freehold title over the main prospect area. The Borborema Gold Project benefits from a favourable taxation regime, existing on-site facilities and excellent infrastructure such as buildings, grid power, water and sealed roads. It is close to major cities and regional centres and the services they can provide. The project's measured, indicated and inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of 2.43Moz @ 1.10 g/t gold, remains open in all directions (refer to ASX Announcement of 24 July 2017).
