ABSTRACT:SL Exploration Inc. was retained by Berkwood Resources Ltd in March 2018 to complete a Technical Report on the Nault Property (‘’the Property’’), located south of the Manicouagan Reservoir, in relation with the acquisition of 1137794 B.C. Ltd by Berkwood Resources Inc. The property is currently held by 1137794 B.C. Ltd. As of 4th of April 2018, the mineral claims are registered to Victor Cantore (100%). Victor Cantore sold the claims to 1137794 B.C. Ltd in return of a share of that company. The Property is in the Côte-Nord area of Quebec Province in the NTS sheet 22N03. It consists of five blocks composed of 58 claims, covering approximately 3,134.56 hectares or 31.3km2 . No exploration work was carried by Berkwood Resources on the Nault Property. The regional geology includes the Gagnon Group metasediments of the Wabush-Mont-Reed iron district. The southwest Manicouagan Anticlinorium shows section of the De Nault Formation dolomitic marble and paragneiss which lies beneath the Sokoman iron formation level, deposited on a platform of pelitic metasediments. Graphitic metasediments are concentrated in the Lac Guéret Member above the Sokoman Formation iron showing. Graphite also occurs in minor amounts in the adjoining Sokoman Formation near the contact, but most of the potentially economic graphite lies within the Member. Graphite formed as beds within clastic sedimentary basinal deposition under anoxic conditions that preserved the organic carbon and precipitated primary sulphides, mainly pyrrhotite, which is intimately intermixed with the graphite. Airborne surveys indicate that the De Nault formation goes from the Lac Gueret deposit and fold toward the northern area of the Property while the southern extension of the Formation extends to the south-west and is present on the southern part of the Property. Geological mapping also supports this interpretation
