| ABSTRACT: | Beacon Minerals Limited (“Beacon” or the “Company”) is pleased to update shareholders following the completion of the Company’s maiden JORC 2012 compliant Mineral Resource estimate totalling 156,500 ounces on the Jaurdi gold deposit. The resource is based on 212 Reverse Circulation and Air Core holes completed by Beacon Minerals and historical explorers for a total of 6,012 metres. The Eastern Arm of the Jaurdi palaeochannel orebody is 850 metres in length and strikes East‐West, having an average thickness of 8 metres and an average width of 175 metres, and remains open to the North East. The Eastern Arm joins the Western Arm of the system where it is orientated at 330 degrees and has a strike length of 250 metres, an average thickness of 7 metres and an average width of 140 metres. The Western Arm is also open to the North West. Both Arms of the Jaurdi system are located 10 metres below the surface. The current defined Mineral Resource estimate issituated entirely on granted Mining Lease M16/529. The tenement is under option to Beacon to acquire 100%. Maiden Mineral Resource totalling 2.75M tonnes @ 1.77 for 156,500 Ounces. | |
