| ABSTRACT: | RPM Advisory Services Pty Ltd (“RPM”), was contracted on the 13th September 2017 (The “Contract”) by Battery Mineral Resource Limited (“BMRL”, the “Client” or “Company”) to complete a Technical Report (“TR” or the “Report””) of two graphite projects, namely Geumam and Taehwa areas (“Projects” or “Relevant Assets”) which are located in the Republic of South Korea (“ROK”). The Taehwa project is on a small tenement area and has limited exploration completed. No drilling has been completed by the Company. It is not regarded as material to BMRL but is reported in this document for purposes of completeness. This Technical Report has been prepared by Mr Robert Dennis, Mr Rodney Graham and Dr Andrew Newell as Qualified Persons (QPs) on behalf of the Company. The QPs have prepared this Technical Report to document Mineral Resource estimates and supporting ancillary documentation associated with the Company’s Graphite projects in South Korea. This Report includes Mineral Resources estimates along with various exploration reviews for the Assets completed by RPM. Due to the study level estimates and assumptions, there is no certainty that any economic value will be realised from the Project. RPM’s technical team (“the Team”) consisted of geologists along with processing specialists. Messrs Graham, Dennis and Newell undertook personal inspections to the Project (during October 2017, May 2014 and March 2014 respectively) to familiarise themselves with site conditions. During the site visit, RPM had open discussions with the Company personnel on technical aspects relating to the Assets. RPM found the Company personnel to be cooperative and open in facilitating RPM’s work. | |
