| ABSTRACT: | Exploration Services International (“ESI”) and Michael L. Page, its President (“the “author”) has been commissioned by Battery Mineral Resources Ltd. (“BMR” or “Battery” or “the Company”) to compile an independent report on a selection of its Cobalt properties in Ontario and Quebec, Canada. As part of this report, Micon International, through its associated company M.Plan International, a company focusing on specialty metals, reports on a review of new extensive drilling and a resource estimate on the McAra prospect completed in 2018. M.Plan’s Tania Ilieva contributes to various relevant sections on this McAra work. The format and content of this report is prepared in accordance with the National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects of the Canadian Securities Administration. The Company’s principal activities are in the energy minerals resource sector, partially focusing on exploring for and developing deposits of cobalt, lithium and graphite. The Canadian project is a district scale cobalt exploration programme in the “Ontario Cobalt Belt” of Ontario and western Quebec (figure 1) between Sudbury and just east of the town of Cobalt. Within it, the Cobalt Silver District is one of the world’s great silver and cobalt districts, having produced an estimated 525 million ounces of silver and around 14,000 tonnes of cobalt metal (Sergiades, 1968), much of it high-grade cobalt.
