| ABSTRACT: | Bass Metals Limited (ASX: BSM) (‘Bass’ or the ‘Company’) continues to focus on significantly expanding its graphite resources to support large scale mining and processing. The Company’s strategy is to grow its operations to become a globally significant producer of large flake concentrates and high value products including purified and expandable graphite. Mahela, (100% Bass) is owned via exploitation permit number 26670. The permit grants the exclusive rights for 40 years to explore and mine graphite resources. Mahela is located approximately 3 kilomters to the south of the Company’s Graphmada graphite processing facility and is easily acessable via road. The large flake graphite mineralization at Mahela is hosted in gneissic units, striking north to south and dipping to the west at approx. 40°, with mineralization hosted in regolith (weathered material) and fresh bedrock. | |
