| ABSTRACT: | Spaho Mineral Exploration and Consulting Inc. (SMEC) was asked by Rider Investment Capital Corp (Rider), to prepare an Independent Technical Report on the Mann Property (the Property) in Ontario. The purpose of this Report is to summarise the history of results on the Property, present the geology and a geological model of the mineralization found therein, discuss the most recent exploration and drilling program by the previous property owner and to provide recommendations for further exploration of the Mann Property. This Technical Report conforms to National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (NI 43-101). This report was originally commissioned by PowerOre in support of a listing transaction that occurred in June 2018.
