| ABSTRACT: | Mine Development Associates (“MDA”) has prepared this Technical Report on the Kinsley project, located in Elko and White Pine counties, Nevada, for Barrian Mining Corp. (TSXV: BARI, OVTCQB: BARRF, FSE: BM5) (“Barrian”). Barrian has entered into a definitive purchase option agreement with Liberty Gold Corp., (TSX: LGD) (“Liberty Gold”) (formerly named Pilot Gold Inc.), whereby Barrian has the exclusive right to acquire Liberty Gold’s 79.9% interest in Kinsley Gold LLC (“KGLLC”), a limited liability company that holds ownership and leasehold rights that comprise the Kinsley property. Nevada Sunrise Gold Corp. (TSXV: NEV) (“NSGC”) owns the remaining 20.1% of KGLLC through Intor Resources Corporation (“Intor”), a wholly owned subsidiary of NSGC. Liberty Gold is the operator of the Kinsley project. The purpose of this report is to provide an updated technical summary for the Kinsley project, including updates of the general setting, geology, project history, exploration activities and results, methodology, quality assurance, interpretations, drilling programs, and metallurgy, in support of Barrian’s potential acquisition of Liberty Gold’s interest in the project. | |
