ABSTRACT:At the request of BRS Ventures Ltd (the “Company”, “Issuer”, or “BRS”), this report has been prepared on the Margurete Property (the “Property”) to summarize previous work, appraise the exploration potential of the Property, and make recommendations for future work. The authors are “qualified persons” within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators. The Property consists of a contiguous block of three unsurveyed mineral lode claims, with a total area of 677.99 hectares (“ha”). Through an option agreement effectively dated 20 May 2016 (the “Agreement”), BRS Ventures Ltd (TSX-V: BRV.H) can acquire a 100% interest in the Margurete Property from Anstag Mining Ltd (“Anstag”). The Property is located approximately 60 kilometers north-northwest of Campbell River and 220 kilometers northwest of Vancouver, BC. Access to the Property area is by float plane, helicopter, or boat. Logging roads, which begin at tide water at Picton Point on Cordero Channel, provide access to the central Property area. The Margurete Property is on moderate to very steep coast rainforest terrain with elevations ranging from sea level along Phillips Arm up to 1,141 meters (3,743 feet). The work season is year round. During the early 1890s, prospecting was carried out in the Phillips Arm area. In 1898, underground development was started at the Doratha Morton Mine, which is situated near the southeastern boundary of the Margurete Property. Mining operations ceased in 1899 after producing 4,434 ounces (137,913 grams) of gold and 10,222 ounces (317,940 grams) of silver from 9,707 tons (8,806 tonnes) of material, giving grades of 15.66 gram per tonne (g/t) gold and 36.1 g/t silver.
