| ABSTRACT: | BMC Minerals (No. ϣ) LTD (BMC or “the client”) commissioned CSA Global Pty Ltd (CSA Global) to prepare a Mineral Resource esƟmate (MRE) for the Kona polymetallic deposit (Kona), located at the Fyre Lake Property (the “Project” or the “Property”). CSA Global was also required to prepare this Technical Report (the “Report”) in accordance with NaƟonal Instrument Ϧϥ-ϣϢϣ of the Canadian SecuriƟes AdministraƟon (“NI Ϧϥ-ϣϢϣ”) to support BMC’s public disclosure about the Property. The Fyre Lake Property encompasses the Kona polymetallic (Cu-Zn-Au-Ag) volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) deposit, discovered in ϣϫϫϨ by Columbia Gold Mines Limited. The deposit was drilled intensely over the ϣϫϫϨ and ϣϫϫϩ field seasons. Significant exploraƟon acƟvity then ceased unƟl ϤϢϣϧ, at which Ɵme Merah Resources Limited undertook a VersaƟle Time Domain ElectromagneƟc (VTEM) survey across the project. BMC has an opƟon arrangement over a ϣϢϢ% interest in the Fyre Lake Property currently held by TSX-V listed Pacific Ridge ExploraƟon Ltd (PEX). The MRE which forms the focus of this Technical Report was prepared by CSA Global in May ϤϢϣϩ. Aaron Green, of CSA Global, subsequently visited the Property on ϤϨth July ϤϢϣϩ. | |
