| ABSTRACT: | Azumah Resources Limited (Azumah or the Company) (ASX: AZM) is pleased to announce that it has received all of the Environmental Permitsfrom the Ghanaian Environmental Protection Agency which allow Azumah to commence Construction and Operation of its Wa-Lawra Gold project. The Permits provide authorization for construction and operation of both the Kunche-Bepkong Mine and processing plant; and the satellite pit at Julie. The Permits define those terms for commencement of construction that have been agreed between both parties and are in line with expectations. Along with the appointment of new Directors and Mr Peder Olsen as Construction Manager, this is a major milestone in the development of a new mine at Wa-Lawra. As previously announced, Azumah is working towards concluding funding arrangements in early 2020 prior to commencement of construction. | |
