| ABSTRACT: | Spada Gold Limited (“Spada Gold” or “the Company”), commissioned CSA Global (UK) Ltd (“CSA Global”) to provide independent comment in relation to exploration potential for the Bondoukou Project in the Zanzan Region, Côte d’Ivoire. CSA Global completed the technical evaluations and verifications and compiled this report under the guidelines of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (“CIM”) Standards on Mineral Resources and Reserves, Definitions and Guidelines prepared by the CIM Standing Committee on Reserve Definitions and adopted by CIM Council, and disclosed within the context of the Canadian Securities Administrators National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101”). Spada Gold, incorporated in 2015, is a public company, which will focus on the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in the Côte d’Ivoire. It is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX.V: SPL) with its head office in Vancouver, Canada. Further company details can be found on www.sedar.com. Effective November 15, 2017, Spada Gold entered into a series of property acquisition agreements to acquire a 100% interest in Srika Gold SARL (“Srika”) The licences under review pertain to the Bondoukou Project, which is held by Srika Gold SARL (“Srika”). Mariana Resources Limited (“Mariana”) currently holds an 80% interest in Awalé Resources Limited (“Awalé”), which through its wholly-owned subsidiary Awalé Resources SARL (“Awalé Resources”) holds a 90% interest in Srika. Awalé Resources completed the majority of exploration works at the Bondoukou Project, the exploration focus of this report, and so is referenced extensively herein. | |
