| ABSTRACT: | Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. (RPA) was retained by Auryn Resources Inc. (Auryn) to prepare an updated independent Technical Report on the Committee Bay Project (the Project or the Property), located in Nunavut Territory, Canada. The purpose of this report is to document the current Mineral Resource estimate and recent work completed by Auryn on the Project. This Technical Report conforms to NI 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. RPA visited the Property on August 16-17, 2016. This Technical Report has been amended to clarify that the block model remains current and there is no further drilling. RPA reviewed and updated the cut-off grade to reflect the current economic parameters. | |
