| ABSTRACT: | The Tangier gold Property (Property) is is located in Halifax County, northeastern Nova Scotia, Canada. Aurelius Minerals Inc. (Aurelius) acquired the Property on February 27, 2020 and has retained Global Mineral Resource Services (GMRS) to prepare this technical report as part of the acquisition process. An earlier version of this report was prepared in 2017 for Resource Capital Gold Corp., the owners of the Property at that time. This report is an update of the original, dated April 7, 2017, to reflect change in ownership; no material work has been done on the Property since the original report was prepared. Gold was discovered on the Property in 1860 and since then there have been several campaigns of mining in addition to which the Property has been explored by surface and underground exploration and drilling programs. The Property is comprised of 116 contiguous mineral exploration claims in four (4) exploration licences held in the name of 2672403 Ontario Inc. Effective May 29, 2020 Aurelius changed the name of 2672403 Ontario to Aureus Gold Inc. (Aureus Gold). | |
