ABSTRACT:Audalia Resources Limited (ASX: ACP) is pleased to announce the assay results from the reverse circulation (RC) drilling programme completed on 1 May 2018 at the Medcalf Project. The 89-hole RC drill programme for 3,794m (Appendix 1 - drillplan) was drilled on Mining Lease M63/656 (Appendix 2 – drillhole collars). The regional exploration drilling programme was designed to delineate additional mineralisation with the aim of increasing the current mineral resource base through drilling in adjacent areas (Pinatubo and Kilimanjaro Prospects) previously not drilled tested. Concurrently, the Company completed drilling to the west of the Vesuvius Prospect. This part of the drill programme was conducted in an environmentally sensitive area (ESA) using permits granted by the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions of Western Australian. The Company also completely drilling on the northern side of the Fuji Prospect to support the current Resource for upgrading the Inferred category and test for additional mineralisation. The Company last reported an update to the mineral resource estimate in accordance with the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves 2012 Edition (JORC 2012) on 18 August 2014. All drillholes have been surveyed by Cardno Surveys from Kalgoorlie. The drill samples collected from the drilling had the necessary quality control procedures in place. Samples were dispatched to Intertek Genalysis for a multi-element analysis (Table 1). Samples were also sent to an umpire lab for cross checking, at the direction of Cube Consulting, which will assist with updating the 2014 mineral resource estimate
