| ABSTRACT: | AuStar Gold Limited (ASX: AUL) is pleased to provide the market with a geological update on the Morning Star asset. Following the last geological update, the Company has completed 657 metres of drilling and completed eight (8) drill holes into McNally’s South (down-dip), the Gap Zone and Kenny’s Reef structures. All outstanding assay results have now been received. The intersections from L9027 and L9028 are all located approximately 10 metres apart and on the southern end of the McNally South pod confirming the extent and high-grade nature of this block. The pod is not closed off totally to the south-east and further work is required to test the strength and extent of mineralisation to the south-east (refer to Figure 1). The results to date have been sufficiently encouraging to propose further infill drilling to target the western and eastern down-dip extensions of the McNally Reef and favorable dyke over sediment overhang geological structure. | |
