| ABSTRACT: | BM Geological Services Pty Ltd (BMGS) and Mineralium Pty Ltd was retained by Evan Spencer, President and CEO of Asian Mineral Resources and Governor General of Ban Phuc Nickel mines to prepare an independent Technical Report on the Ta Khoa Nickel Prospects (the Project), located in the Son La province in north-west Vietnam. The purpose of this report is to provide technical information supporting the update of the exploration potential at the Project. This Technical Report conforms to the NI 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Exploration Projects. BM Geological Services is responsible for Sections 1.1 to 1.13, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 14, 18, 20, 27 and 28. Mineralium is responsible for Sections 1.14, 7, 8, 9, 25 and 26. Sections 13, 15 to 17, 19 and 21 to 24 are not considered applicable to the scope of this report. The purpose of this report is to provide technical information supporting the update of the exploration activity at the Ta Khoa Concession and the prospectivity of the region based on drilling, geophysics, geochemistry and structural analysis completed to date at the project. This Technical Report conforms to the NI 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. | |
