| ABSTRACT: | The Cochavara Ag-Pb-Zn Project (the ‘Project' or the 'Property') is an Ag-Pb-Zn exploration project in the Department of La Libertad, Peru. The Project is held 100% by Norsemont II Resources Corp. (‘Norsemont’), a private Ontario-based company that holds the Project through its wholly owned Peruvian subsidiary, Norsemont II Resources S.A.C. (‘Norsemont S.A.C.’) Norsemont II Resources Corp. along with its Peruvian subsidiary are the target for the merger by Argentum Silver Corp. (“Argentum”) so that Norsemont becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of Argentum. At the request of Argentum, James A. McCrea, P. Geo., carried out an independent review of the Cochavara Ag-Pb-Zn Project, Districts of Julcan, Calamarca and Quiruvilca, Provinces of Julcan and Santiago de Chuco, Department of La Libertad, Peru. This report is intended to be used in support of Argentum’s merger with Norsemont II Resources Corp. with the asset being the Cochavara Ag-Pb-Zn Project as described in the press release dated April 25, 2019. The author conducted a property examination, reviewed available exploration results and prepared this independent technical report (the ‘Report’) in accordance with the formatting requirements of National Instrument 43-101 (‘NI43-101’) and Form 43-101F1 (Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Properties) to be a comprehensive review of the exploration activities on the property, and to provide recommendations for future work, if warranted. Information and data used in this report consists of field observations made by the author during the site visit on November 16th, 2018; data collected by Norsemont in the field during their due diligence and sampling completed during the site visit, which was supervised by the author. | |
