| ABSTRACT: | Anson Resources Limited (Anson) has recently acquired the historic Mary Springs database and completed a review of all historic drilling, soil geochemistry and geophysical surveys. This data has been correlated and interpreted along with the recent exploration programs carried out by Anson enabling an upgrade from JORC 2004 to JORC 2012 of Mineral Resource estimates for its 100% owned Mary Springs lead deposit, located in Western Australia. The upgrade was carried out by Auralia Mining Consulting Pty Ltd (Auralia). A key result of the review is that there has been no material change to the Mineral Resource Estimate reported by Anson on 15 August 2016. Anson is pleased to provide further detailed information in the appendix of this announcement, prescribed by JORC 2012 ‘Table 1’. Historic geophysical and lead chemical data have been compared to the Versatile Time Domain Electomagnetic (VTEM) survey conducted last year by Anson. The comparison identified a number of graphite and base metal targets that were highlighted in both geological interpretations. This information will be used for the development of future exploration programs. Bruce Richardson, Anson’s Managing Director, commented that “Anson’s flagship project, the Paradox Brine Project, in Utah is Anson’s main focus. However, the additional targets interpreted for the Ajana Project are of interest and should be explored in the future to continue to create shareholder value.” | |
