| ABSTRACT: | Following discussions with the ASX regarding compliance with the Listing Rules and the JORC Code, the Company retracts the announcement released on 24 May 2017 in its entirety as it is unable to comply with the rules and the Code. Investors should not rely on the information disclosed in the announcement dated 24 May 2017.
