| ABSTRACT: | This Technical Report has been prepared for Alpha Lithium Corporation (ALC) to support the advancement of the Tolillar Project (the Project) with respect to future characterization and development of the lithium brine contained within the salar. This report is intended to conform to the regulatory requirements of Canadian National Instrument (NI) 43-101 using the form 43-101 F1 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, and in accordance with Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum CIM (2012) Best Practice Guidelines for Resource and Reserve Estimation for Lithium Brines, and also the staff notice prepared by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC, 2011) regarding Standards for Disclosure for Mineral Projects. The Project area is located in the Salar de Tolillar basin (the Salar) in the Salta provincial boundaries, within the Puna Region of northwest Argentina. The Salar is an evaporite basin comprising enriched lithium brine concentrations and within the Central Andes of Argentina and the so-called “Lithium Triangle” of Argentina, Bolivia and Chile. The mining concessions of the Project total 24,476.99 hectares (ha). The Project is located northwest from Salar del Hombre Muerto, and south from Salar de Pocitos. | |
