| ABSTRACT: | Algold (ALG - TSX.V) is a Canadian junior company focusing on exploration and development of gold deposits in West Africa. The company has exercise the option (News Release “Algold Announces Exercise of Option on Gryphon Minerals” dated March 11, 2016) to acquire two (2) of Gryphon Minerals (ASX – GRY) Exploration Licenses located in western Islamic Republic of Mauritania (RIM). It includes the Tijirit exploration licenses, on which the company commissioned the author to prepare a resource estimate with a NI 43-101 technical report. Yann Camus, P.Eng. is the qualified person (QP) for this report and is responsible for all sections of this report. Algold Resources may use this Technical Report to satisfy disclosure and filing requirements of Canadian securities regulators. The Technical Report has an effective date of June 15, 2016. | |
