ABSTRACT:Aeon Metals Ltd (“Aeon” or “the Company”) is pleased to provide further assay results from both within the current Resource with holes WFRC276 and WFPD280 and exploration hole WFDD278 drilled 7.6km to the west of the current Resource. Results for hole WFPD280 show the outstanding grades of both copper and cobalt when holes target the geological models’ ‘bulls eye’ zone close to the base of the Py3 unit. This hole also shows the extent and grade of the peripheral zinc and lead mineralisation as clearly shown in Figure 1. These results again show the strength of the geological model with the highgrade copper-cobalt core with flanking or peripheral lead and zinc mineralisation. Back or “close off” holes, which include WFRC276, are required to assist the accurate definition of the Resource blocks. In the case of WFRC276, the strong copper mineralisation with high grade cobalt is solidifying the tonnes and grade of the Walford deposit. The drilling inside of the 3.6km strike of the Resource is progressing very well with its intention being to upgrade the current Resource to at least the Indicated JORC category for use in defined Project calculations. The 2 rigs within the Resource continue to advance from east to west with the planned drilling of the Vardy Zone now complete. The rigs have now moved into testing of the Marley Zone where a higher degree of inferred category exists with larger gaps between drill holes. Hole WFDD270 drilled last year in a 200m gap (with significant intercept of 30m @ 3.00% Cu and 0.44% Co) indicates the opportunity for the delineation of further high-grade zones within the broad mineralisation envelope west of the Vardy Zone.
