| ABSTRACT: | Aeon Metals Ltd (“Aeon” or “the Company”) today provides assay results from Holes WFDH346 and WFDH352 (see Appendix 1) west of the Vardy and Marley Resource at the Company’s 100% owned Walford Creek Project. The assays from hole WFDH352, 4.6km west of the currently defined Resource, confirm the visual estimates of 42m of veined to massive chalcopyrite and pyrite announced in the ASX release on the 26 July 2018. The results include • 42m @ 2.55% Cu, 0.29% Co and 41gt Ag from 332m A further zone of strong zinc and lead mineralisation typical of the peripheral zone lies above this 42m copper-cobalt zone (see Figure 3). The assays results for WFDH346 include: • 20m @ 1.00% Cu, 0.11% Co and 28gt Ag from 408m Along strike exploration drilling at Walford Creek will be continuing until the start of the wet season. | |
