| ABSTRACT: | Aeon Metals Ltd (“Aeon” or “the Company”) today provides the following assays of holes within the current Walford Creek Resource. The focus of the Resource drilling is to upgrade the confidence level of the current JORC Resource to Indicated status to facilitate Project development with holes planned as both infill between some previous sections and a number of ‘close off’ holes. The close off holes are holes drilled further south from the Fish River Fault (“FRF”) and are necessary to complete Resource wireframing enabling more definitive interpretation of Resource block sizes. The assays results announced today (see Table 1 and attached Sections) are for holes WFPD283, WFRC284, WFPD285, WFPD286, WFPD288, and WFPD296 and are a mixture of in-fill and close off holes located within the Vardy Resource. The Resource drilling results confirm the previous mineralisation and to date suggest good continuity of the geology and previous wireframing on which the Resource work was undertaken. | |
