| ABSTRACT: | This report was commissioned by Adventus Exploration Limited at 69-70 Main Street Oughterard, County Galway, Ireland and Adventus Zinc Corporation, with offices at 66 Kenmount Road, Suite 202 Kenmount Building Centre, St. John's Newfoundland, and was prepared by Mr. Derrick Strickland, P. Geo. The author is a “qualified person” who is “independent” of Adventus Exploration Limited within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101"). As an independent geologist, the author was asked to undertake a review of the available data and recommend (if warranted) further work on the Rathkeale and Lismore base metal projects (the “Property” or “Properties”). The purpose of this report is to summarize historical work on these Properties to be used by Adventus Zinc Corporation, an indirect subsidiary of Adventus Exploration Limited, in connection with its initial public offering and its listing on the TSX Venture Exchange. The author is also independent of Adventus Zinc Corporation within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. The Rathkeale licence block ("Rathkeale Block") consists of eight non-surveyed prospecting licences covering an area of approximately 255.6 km2 and is located within County Limerick of Republic of Ireland. The block is centred at 8° 51' 56" West and 52° 33' 24" North and is registered to Adventus Exploration Limited. The Lismore licence block ("Lismore Block") consists of six nonsurveyed prospecting licences covering an area of approximately 163 km2 . The block is centred at 7° 44' 16" West and 52° 07' 06 North and is located within County Waterford in the Republic of Ireland and is registered to Adventus. | |
