| ABSTRACT: | Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. (RPA) was retained by Adventus Zinc Corporation (Adventus or the Company) to prepare this Technical Report on the Curipamba polymetallic copper-gold Project (Curipamba, or the Project), located in central Ecuador. The purpose of this Technical Report is to support the disclosure of the Project’s updated Mineral Resource estimate with an effective date of January 19, 2018. This Technical Report has been prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (NI 43-101). RPA visited the Project between November 20 and 23, 2017. The Curipamba Project is located approximately 50 km south-southwest of Quito and approximately 150 km north northeast of Guayaquil in the provinces of Bolivar and Los Rios, Ecuador. The property comprises seven exploration licences covering an area of 21,538 ha. The tenements are owned by Curimining S.A. (Curimining), the Ecuadorian wholly-owned subsidiary of Salazar Resources Limited (Salazar). In September 2017, Adventus entered into an agreement with Salazar whereby Adventus may earn a 75% interest in the Project by funding exploration and development expenditures of US$25 million over five years, including the completion of a feasibility study on the El Domo deposit, which is expected to be completed within the next three years.
