ABSTRACT:Subsequent to a National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101”) technical report completed for the Smokey Hills Platinum Mine (“Smokey Hills” or the “Project”) in October 2014, Minxcon (Pty) Ltd (“Minxcon”) was tasked by Aberdeen International Inc. (“Aberdeen” or the “Client”) to update the Mineral Reserves and Technical Report following changes due to mining depletion of the Mineral Resource subsequent to the October 2014 Technical Report. The effective date of this Qualified Person’s Report (“Report”) update is 01 October 2016. African Thunder Platinum Limited (“African Thunder”), an indirect subsidiary of Aberdeen, is currently in the process of doing a reverse takeover of the asset into Philippine Metal Inc. (“PMI”), and a listing name change to African Thunder Platinum. After the completion of the transaction between African Thunder and PMI, African Thunder will be a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary of PMI, with the assets owned by African Thunder. Smokey Hills is planned to start-up operations in January 2017 with the first production planned to start during February 2017. The plant is planned to start treating first ore during April 2017. The TMM’s have been rectified by replacing and refurbishing of the majority of the machinery. The development layouts in the new mine plan also changed and is deemed more realistically than in the previously planned schedules. This document is intended as a Technical Report to state updated Mineral Reserves. Depletions for the period between April 2015 to March 2016 have been taken into account for the Mineral Resource update. Minxcon has utilised recent geological and survey data to update the Mineral Resource model and to update the Mineral Resource Statement. The total tonnes mined during this period was estimated to be approximately 308 kt at an average grade of 3.3 g/t. This has a minor impact on the overall Mineral Reserves for the Project
