ABSTRACT:This Report has been was prepared for ABE Resources Inc. (“ABE”), a Canadian based, publiclyheld company trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V) under the symbol “ABE”. On December 14th, 2018 ABE announced the signing of a definitive asset purchase agreement (the “Agreement”) for the arm’s length acquisition (the “Transaction”) of a 100% undivided interest in the Sirmac Lithium Property (the “Property”) from Nemaska Lithium Inc. (“Nemaska”). The purpose of this report is to provide an independent technical report (the “Report”) prepared inaccordance with National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) in respect of the Property for ABE’s Board of Directors, to provide recommendations for further exploration, and to facilitate the Transaction. This Report comprises an update to an internal 2014 Technical Report and Mineral Resource Estimate on the #5 pegmatite lithium-tantalum deposit (Desharnais et al., 2014) that was produced for Nemaska, but not publically disclosed. Details of this historic Mineral Resource Estimate are covered in Section 6.2 of this Report. The Transaction remains subject to the final approval of the TSX-V and to various other closing conditions, including the filing of this Report in advance of the closing of the Transaction. The Property consists of 24 mining claims having a total area of 1,121.74 hectares (11.2 km2). Two (2) of the claims comprise a separate block non-contiguous with, but in close proximity to, the main block of twenty-two (22) claims. The northern, western and southern limits of the Property are bound by a proposed future national park project - the Assinica River Reserve.
