ABSTRACT:The Hidden Lake Lithium Property (the “Property”) is an early stage exploration project that covers multiple parallel lithium-bearing spodumene pegmatite dykes, approximately 45 km east of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories (Fig. 1). Four of these spodumene pegmatite dykes extend between 275 m and 790 m each at surface, and are the target of an ongoing lithium exploration program. 92 Resources Corp (“92 Resources” or the “Company”) has recently completed an agreement to purchase to 100% interest in the Property from claim owners with DG Resource Management Ltd. (DGRM), Zimtu Capital Corp. (Zimtu) and Michael V. Sklavenitis (MS), and requested the author prepare this geological technical report to the standards of Canadian National Instrument 43-101 on the Property. The Company requires this technical report in support of their purchase agreement given that the Property would become their principal exploration asset. The author (Harrison Cookenboo, Ph.D., P.Geo.) is a Qualified Person for the evaluation of early stage mineral properties as defined in NI 43-101, by virtue of his education and experience as detailed in the Certificate later in this report.
