ABSTRACT:At the request of 12 Exploration Inc. (“12 Ex”), the author has completed a geological review of the Deepwater Project (the “Property”) and prepared this technical report (the “Technical Report”) in compliance with NI 43-101, Companion Policy NI43-101CP, and Form 43-101F1. This Technical Report has been prepared for the purpose of fulfilling the listing requirements for the Canadian Securities Exchange and for filing of a prospectus. The author has prepared this report to provide a summary of scientific and technical data on the Property, including historical exploration activities, and has made recommendations concerning future exploration and development of the Property. This Technical Report is based on exploration and Property information supplied to the author by 12 Ex., Canadian Continental Exploration Corp. (“CCE”), the optionor of the Property, as well as by the review of geological and exploration information available in the public domain. The Property is located in Afton and Sholes Townships, approximately 65 km northeast of Sudbury, Ontario (Figure 1). The property is bounded by UTM NAD83 coordinates 17U 544820E to 556700E, and 5192575N to 5201685N. The Property consists of 30 contiguous staked mining claims containing 356 units (5,696 Ha).
