The Fraser Institute has recently published the results from their Annual Survey of Mining Companies for 2012/2013.It is interesting to see RSC is currently working in worldwide mining destinations that are at both the top and the bottom of the list. [agoodbalance]  While it is reassuring to be working in environments where you have assurance of tenure for the foreseeable future you can’t always improve the prospectively of these countries. If you are looking at prospectively and economic returns then a number of countries in the bottom half of the survey are the places where there is significant value and opportunity…but not for those with a mild disposition.
