Michelle has over 25 years work experience across mining, exploration, consulting, and the public sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia and was responsible for the development of successful mining projects in Western Australia that are still in operation today.
She was a key player in the team that developed the Northern Gold resource in the Northern Territory in Western Australia. After this, Michelle provided consulting service to the New Zealand Department of Crown Minerals, where she managed the National Mining Index system and assisted in the implementation of the digital permit system. She then co-founded Kenex, a New Zealand business development company focusing on data integration and digital knowledge transfer using spatial modelling techniques in GIS, and one of RSC’s close associates.
Michelle is a Perth-based non-executive director and provides RSC with advice on a corporate governance and business management.

René has delivered resource evaluation, training and technical geology consulting throughout Africa, Asia, Europe and Oceana in a wide variety of geological settings and commodities.
René is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and Australian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy and holds a Master’s Degree in Structural Geology and Tectonics.
René established the RSC New Zealand office in 2008, and specialises in exploration management for gold and base metals, with a strong added skill set in resource modelling, grade control, reconciliation, QA/QC and successful sampling. He was at the helm of a successful New Zealand company before starting RSC.

Craig holds a master's degree in Geology from the University of Otago and joined RSC in 2012. In New Zealand he was involved in the exploration of the Oceanagold Frasers mine and in Australia he was a geologist for the surface to open pit development of the Newmont Mining Jundee gold mine. He also managed a copper and nickel exploration program in WA.
A drive for excellence, fostering teamwork and generating innovative ideas characterise Craig’s career. In addition to geological skills, he brings strengths to RSC in creative and analytical thinking, commercial strategy and financial analysis through his ventures as a business management consultant. Craig also co-founded a highly successful IT innovation & manufacturing company.
